Processing time

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping time & rates

 

We ship within the United States.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Free standard shipping: on all US orders over $50.
• Rates: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

 

Order tracking

 

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

 

Shipping address

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

 

International shipping
