30-Day Bespoke Guarantee

 

Every product sold on this site is covered by our 30-Day Bespoke Guarantee. If a product doesn't fit your dog's routine, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no forms, no restocking fees, no questions asked.

 

How to request a refund

 

Email contact@furbespoke.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

 

Return conditions

 

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Opened and used products are eligible under the Bespoke Guarantee.
• Products should be clean and dry when returned.

 

Refund processing

 

Once your return is received, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

 

Return shipping

 

Return shipping costs are covered by us for items returned under the Bespoke Guarantee. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup when you contact us.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at contact@furbespoke.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice.

 

Exceptions

 

Due to hygiene, ear-care and treat products that have been opened cannot be returned for refund unless defective. Gift cards and digital items are non-refundable.
